Semiprecious Stones -Jade Jewelry
A study by the Department of Natural history and archaeology of the National University of Australia on parts and jade stones revealed that trade in manufactured with this semi-precious stone jewellery began some 5,000 years ago in Southeast Asia. It was already known that for over 5,000 years used jade in China and Mesoamerica as a material for making utensils and ornaments. Originally jade was considered one of the hard, resistant, materials therefore is also used for making tools and weapons.
